The clam chowder was darn good and done in a fraction of the time of the traditional stove-top. Don't hesitate to load up on the clams if you want, like an extra can of 'em.
The Instant Pot is sort of weird in that it's dead silent -until you valve it off. I really like mine. Bad news: my cat -that likes to head bump and rub against everything -dumped it off the counter and now it's got a big soft dent in the side. No problem. Keep calm and IP on.
Let us know how the ribs turn out.

The ribs were great.  It was super simple.  We skipped the finish broiling & enjoyed them on a bed of rice along with some grean beens.

We did the instant pot clam chowder tonight, the recipe that RD posted above. Rilly rilly good!

some of you old guys DO TALK A LOT ABOUT FOOD recipes. On Teamspeak, the old farts go off about recipes and sharing like the stereotypical knitting circle. And they admit it, laff about it.
